Answers:
• How do I pay?
You have 4 choices for payment: Discover, American Express, Visa or Mastercard.
At this time, if you wish to pay by Paypal, check or money order, email us a list of what you want. We'll confirm your order, and give you a total with shipping.
You can then send payment, and your pins will be set aside until payment arrives.

• How do I place an order?
After finding what you want, click on the "Add To Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase. From there you can continue shopping, or check out. When checking out for the first time, you will be asked for some information. This info will be sent over a secure server, and will not be used for any purpose other than to contact you about an order you have placed, or to send your orders to you. On subsequent visits, if you have decided to create an account, you will only have to enter your email address and password. You do have the choice to purchase without creating an account.

• What credit cards do you accept?
You may use Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

• How much is shipping? Can I choose shipping method?
$3.50 and up for U.S. shipments.
We prefer to ship everything either 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail.
"Zone Rates" are for International orders.
"Flat Rate" is $8.50. This will get you Priority Mail shipping within the US.
"Table Rate" is for 1st Class within the US. If you purchase more than 8 items, it goes up to $8.50, and you'll get Priority Mail.
"Per Item" is for 1st class International, and is recommended if you are purchasing only one item.

• When can I expect my package?
You should receive it within a week - usually less.
We try to mail everything the day after it is ordered.
Packages sent 1st class usually arrive within 2 days to a week, depending on your location.
Priority Mail packages usually arrive within 1-3 days, depending on your location.
International packages usually arrive within 1-2 weeks.

What is my tracking number?
If you pay for 1st Class Mail, there is no tracking number.
If you pay for Priority Mail, we can send you the Delivery Confirmation number.


• What if something I ordered is out of stock?
We try our best to make sure this doesn't happen, but we can't promise it never will.
In the event something you ordered is out of stock, you will be emailed immediately, and given the options of:
Choosing a different item.
Waiting for us to get more.
Canceling your order.

If we don't think we will be able to get more of an item, the option to wait will not be included.
We will never substitute an item without your prior permission.

• Do you have a customer service phone number?
Sorry, but we do not.
The fastest way to get a response from us is by e-mail.

• I saw an item last week, and now I can't find it. Why?
Many items are limited in supply, especially the pins from previous years. When we have exhausted our supply, and we are unlikely to get more, the item is no longer on the site. The Peter David company is no longer in business, so their pins are unlikely to be restocked after they sell out.

• When will my credit card be charged?
We never charge your card until we ship your order.
This is usually the business day after you place the order, unless you place a pre-order, in which case it is charged the same day you order.

• Do you match competitor's prices?
If you see something we sell on another website, and their price is lower, let us know. We will usually match lower prices. Please send us the URL (web address) of the other site, so we can verify the price.
We cannot guarantee that we will match, but we will, in most cases.
Please keep in mind that it must be the exact same pin.
Also keep in mind our very low shipping prices.

• Will my pins get scratched in shipping?
No. Pins are individually packaged in plastic sleeves. In some cases, two pins are placed in one sleeve, depending on pin size, and whether there is a plastic backing attached.
Even when two pins are in one sleeve, they are packaged so as not to scratch each other.
We take pride in our packaging.

• If there is a limited quantity of an item listed, can you order more?
It depends on the item.
If it is more than a few years old, then it is doubtful that we can get more.
If it is a fairly current pin, there's a good chance we will be able to get more.
Please send us an email at ramonv@rocketmail.com, and tell us which pin(s) you are interested in. We will let you know if we can get them, how fast, and how much they will cost. You can usually expect it to take about 1-2 weeks to get more of an item, but in many cases, it may be just a day or so. Prices may be more than what is listed. If you are ordering large quantities, price may be lower than listed.

• What is your privacy policy?
There is a link to our privacy policy at the bottom left of each page. If you have further questions about it, please contact us.

• What is your return policy?
Our return policy:

Please contact us before returning any merchandise!
If you receive damaged merchandise, return to us within 30 days for a full refund, credit or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you decide you don't want an item after receiving it, you have 14 days to return it for a refund. (Minus the shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee.) If it was a sealed item, it must be returned sealed. Please indicate the reason for the return.
"Hot Market" merchandise (World Series, Super Bowl, any Championship or All-Star items) purchased prior to the event cannot be returned after the event.
In all cases, buyer is responsible for cost of returning item to us.

• How long have you been in business?
Since 2000.

• It says, "No shipping available to the selected country". Why?
That is the Zone Rate, for international orders only.
If you get this message, live outside the US, and believe we should deliver to your country, please email us, and we will work with you.

• I can't remember my password!
There is a link you can click on, to have a new password sent to you.

• Some items say "In Stock", and others say nothing.
Does this mean they are not in stock?

An item is in stock unless it clearly says it is out of stock, or on pre-order.

• What is your Pre-Order policy?
Some items are pre-orders. This means you can purchase them, but they aren't available for shipping just yet. With these items, your card will be charged within 24 hours of your order, and the item will ship as soon as it is available.
